Kids playroom is amazing!

The hotel was overall clean and nicely decorated, had panoramic views of the hills across part of the city. The staff was extremely helpful and so efficient when we had questions. The room was a nice size with luxury bathroom and complimentary Wi-Fi, a small fridge, and a chair. The breakfast was savoury and rich, thoroughly enjoyed this place.

Felt more like hostel then a hotel, big groups of teenagers, very loud at night, wi-fi only available in the lobby, which was crowded with loud teenagers, the cafe did not have the items offered on the menu, very poor food quality in the main dining room

We just loved our stay, especially when the bell boys helped us with our bags right away and the dining area served delicious meals every day! The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for soaking up the sun and relaxing after sightseeing. Just a heads-up, it got a bit noisy in the hallways sometimes, but it didn't spoil our fun!

Excellent location, next door to The Biblical Zoo, thoroughly enjoyed this place. Good services, including a savoury breakfast and nice pool.

We had a very good time. The food was good , rooms are clean, bed matress were eccelent ,pool unfortunatly open only on weekend in september.

We had a lovely stay, especially enjoying the beautiful pool area and the variety of delicious food. The spa relaxation was a highlight, making our time truly rejuvenating.

The price of the room.

The breakfast room - it felt like a school canteen - and the food was like that, too. The room - the floor looked like it had not been cleaned in ages. A lot f dust and hair. The aircondition could not be switched on. On the door, a latch to lock the door from inside had been ripped off and not replaced. The bedlinens were stained. The shower had a mind of its own regarding hot and cold water and the bathroom sink had only a very weak water pressure.

the place is designed for large families, and not surprisingly the noise in the corridor was terrible. lights went off at 11 PM breakfast was mediocre

The swimming pool was AMAZING! So spacious and relaxing. The room was comfy but needed better heating. A nice escape from busy city life 🌞

wonderful venue with stunning location adjacent to the centre of town, and the biblical zoo and aquarium and tasty breakfast. outstandingly accommodating staff from the reception desk and all areas of the hotel, a decent size and well laid out rooms. exceptionally comfortable bed, free wi-fi and a chair, comfortable room. amazing pool, parking on site. late check-out.

Great location in Jerusalem, just few hundreds meters from the White Valley in a spectacular country side setting not very far from the Old City.

The stay was enjoyable, especially the amazing views from the balcony of my room, which created a very romantic atmosphere. The breakfast had a fantastic selection with made-to-order omelets, which was a highlight for me. The gym had limited equipment, which was a bit disappointing.

Clean, spacious, water fountains, lovely balcony.

Please provide basins and keilim for netilat yadayim in the rooms.

Guesthouse worked well for us as our daughter was there on a course Staff was very helpful and friendly

The pool was lovely however the pool hours were very limited ( 10am -6pm) so we were hardly able to use it
